Favbar offers an easy way to create a web page with a custom favicon and touch icon. The original use case was creating a web page with a transparent favicon that could be used as a divider in a bookmark toolbar.
Images never leave your machine.
All processing is done in browser.

How it works

Favbar downscales your image until its base64 encoding is small enough to fit in a URL. You are then directed to a page that reads the base64 encoding from the url and sets icon values accordingly. That's it.
